DS will be leaving his room at Riverfront Village for a couple of months this summer. What would be a reasonable temperature to set the thermostat? I understand that it’s best to leave the air conditioning running to avoid mold. If there is anything else he should do before he leaves please feel free to comment. Thanks!
We notified the building management that the 3 kids would be out of the apt all summer, and asked them to go in periodically (they do anyway, about 1x/mo) to check on things. You could also leave a key with someone you trust to go in once and awhile. Have mail/bills forwarded. Make sure that fridge is absolutely cleaned out and all garbage is emptied. 
Otherwise in late August you’re doing Bio101 science labs all over again!
