Summer Drop Petition

<p>Has anyone used the summer drop petition before?</p>

<p>I'm planning to drop a class after 4th week (for financial aid purposes).</p>

<p>What's it like? Do instructors fill it out or do we fill it out and they just sign it? Does my name have to be on it (I might not be able to make it to the class to get it signed)? Are instructors usually okay with people dropping?</p>

<p>You probably want to check with a more official source but I don’t think you need a petition to drop for summer courses.</p>
