<p>Udacity and San Jose State University are partnering to offer 5 summer online classes. Two of these classes transfer over to UA. </p>
<p>PSYC 1 General Psychology → PY 101 Intro To Psychology
STAT 95 Elem Stat → PY 211 Elem Statistical Methods</p>
<p>Tuition for credit is $150. </p>
<p>You can enroll and take these courses for free and then later on during the course decide to pay and receive credit. </p>
<p>If I complete the free version of the class, can I switch to the for-credit version later?
Yes! And your progress and all your course data will be saved. You will have the opportunity to receive credit in any upcoming semester session up until the final exam. However, in order to receive college credit, you will be asked to take online proctored assessments when you choose to enroll in the for-credit track.</p>
<p>The other 3 courses (Introduction to Programming, College Algebra, Entry-Level Mathematics) do not transfer over to UA according to UA’s equivalency table but might be helpful for those students who need an introduction or refresher for those topics.</p>
