I'm a sophomore that isn't really doing much this summer except boring stuff like Drivers Ed, AOPS classes, etc. -.-
Since I thought I'd be bored I was thinking about applying for summer school in my own school.
The problem is, the class I signed up for is pretty much useless. It's called Music Appreciation. Honestly, I'm planning to take it just so I can practice my saxophone after class is over :PP I get credits towards graduation though~
Would colleges look at it poorly for taking this class in general? Should I just not take it? (It's free by the way xD)
There aren't any other classes worth taking besides Music Appreciation because I already took them.
Thank you~

If it’s a standard credit, it would lower your GPA, but I don’t think it would look bad, really.

So if my school doesn’t weight than it’ll only help me and not harm me right~? xD

I don’t see any way it could hurt you. It’s really just you making use of your time to take a class, so I don’t think there’s any negative aspect to that.
