Super Scores for SAT for BS/MD Programs

My son has SAT score of 1500. But, superscore is 1570 (Math : 800 ; English : 770). When applying for BS/MD programs, some schools like RPI/AMC expect official scores at the type of application.

Do BS/MD schools really consider super scores as they claim they do when all SAT attempted scores are before them ?

If a school says they use superscores in admissions, they use superscores. They aren’t trying to trick you.

The superscoring process is usually automated from the CB electronic feed. The AO will just see (780,800) on the applicant file.
