Supplement Max: 2000 characters or 250 words?

<p>2000 characters can allow like 300 words</p>

<p>is it suggested that we stick to the 250 limit? I a bit under 300, will I be penalized for that?</p>

<p>i used all 2000 characters for my tufts supplements, i doubt they will count the words</p>
