Is there a way to attach supplemental information to the common app (resume, art portfolio) or should this be done separately to each school applying to? Thanks!

If you’re submitting an art portfolio, 99% of schools want you to use SlideRoom - each school has its own requirements and SlideRoom page. You can’t include a resume unless the school gives you space for one in its supplement. If you think it’s VITAL that you send a resume, use the additional information section or mail one to them.

There are a few ways you can do it:
- Under the supplemental questions for each school, it usually asks if you are planning on submitting a portfolio. If you click “yes” then it sets up a link to slideroom, the portfolio submission website
- If this is not available, then on the common app, there is a “any additional info that we should know” and here you could put a link to a portfolio that you set up on a website
- Or you can use the “any additional info” on the common app to put a resume, I presume.

Thank you both for your helpful replies.
