(Unless you go to a school where 9th grade is part of the middle school building).</p>

<p>It depends on what you did, and whether the incident was repeated. If that was your only time, or you didn't get suspended after frosh year, colleges/counselors might see that as a sign of personal growth (they love that kind of thing).</p>
