<p>without getting into the lengthy debate, i can say (as a USNA grad/SWO) that the spice problem is hardly USNA specific. Its an issue fleet-wide that we have to deal with. Recently the BOXER (LHD-4) had a very serious spice case, and we talk about it almost daily on my ship. Just a new drug to warn people about.</p>
<p>I don’t care what academy has this problem but I will say as a tax payer they better start kicking them all out. I am paying top dollar to educate these kids and after that I give them control of millions of dollars worth of equipment to manage. I don’t need one stupid kid or a dozen using drugs. Want to use drugs go to a college and use your money to pay for your education. Then do all the drugs you want on your dime.</p>
