<p>@dreamingofcuse96 She had some bad circumstances that her counsellor explained. She also had a 1920 sat and a lot of service activities. She said that her interview helped her the most. Idk if this applies to non international kids though but good luck ma cherie:)</p>
<p>Is the office of admissions closed during the blackout because the dates of this Friday and next Friday make perfect sense if they close the 14th with the rest of the school being “blacked out”</p>

<p>@xobrianna21 I’m fairly certain they would still be working as they said all ED notification will be done before january.</p>
<p>The admissions office is still doing interviews until Dec. 20, so I’m pretty sure they’ll still be open.</p>

<p>Do you guys know if they accept a certain number by a major basis in Newhouse? Like let’s say they accept 100 people (just using this number as an example) would they have to have 20 in magazine, 20 in broadcast, 20 in newspaper… etc. Or is it just the best 100 regardless of major?</p>
<p>I have no idea how they do that at any of the schools but I was wondering as well. Does applying to a school undecided have any effect?</p>

<p>I doubt it. When I went on my visit they showed a video of a girl who was undecided and all the opportunities she had</p>

<p>I doubt we will find out tomorrow. I think the first wave will probably be on the 13th. My sister comes home from Cuse for break on the 15th so I’m hoping I’ll have the news to share with her when she comes home!! I’m so anxious about getting into Newhouse it’s killing me</p>
<p>I think we have very good odds because it was changed to early December instead of mid December and I don’t think the campus will be active after the 14th</p>
