Do Syracuse not provide any International Financial Aid? From what I can see they don’t but I just want to double check

Looks like they offer limited merit awards to international students. Are you a tippy top applicant?
ETA…how much aid would you need to attend Syracuse? The school doesn’t guarantee to meet full need for even U.S. citizens.
