I subscribe to T-mobile. A friend in my h.s. told me that if I join Brandeis I have to switch to another carrier because T-mobile doesn’t work there. Is that true? If true, is there legal way out for me? I’ve another 22 months left on this contract.
Thanks.

If I remember correctly, your friend is right. T-Mobile doesn't work on the Brandeis campus. You are allowed out of your carrier's contract in situations like these.

Actually, I think there's only one spot on campus where I don't get my T Mobile service- and I don't get service ANYWHERE at home (where T Mobile is a major carrier).

Ack! I have t-mobile!

Silver, where's the spot where you can't get access?

Next to Ziv Commons- so I assume all around Ziv and the Village I don't get service but I've never checked. The commuter rail can be spotty sometimes.

I have full service from my dorm room which is about 4 times better than in my own bedroom at home.

Will Verizon wireless work better?

I went for the Spring Open House on 04/20/2007. My T-Mobile worked in the campus. I am glad I don't need to change the carrier.
