Taking another ACT even though I have enough score to get into a college

Hey guys I have this issue that my dad suddenly wants me to go take the ACT again just to score higher even though I have enough score to get to a college. My score is Composite 22, English 23, Math 28, Reading 16, and 21 Science. I can't find any scholarships in GA that's based on ACT scores because the type of scholarship that's available based on ACT is only for high schoolers. My dad think that I don't want to study for no reason and he don't let me explain. The reason of that is because I've been through 1 month and 15 days of studying to get that score without hanging with friends and go out. I can't get any chance to relax on the summer that I missed out to study for the ACT.

What do you guys think?
