<p>You do not have to send both. One warning, though. I have heard of schools that for some reason include ACT and SAT scores on the formal transcript. You might want to check with the guidance counselor about that.</p>
<p>If you arrange to send SAT scores, every SAT score on your record will be included. You cannot pick and choose.</p>
<p>If you arrange to send ACT scores, you may specify which set is to be sent.</p>
<p>You do not have to report both SAT and ACT.</p>
