TCC to FSU program

anyone heard of it? My bestfriend is interested in doing it for fall 2008. I cant find any information so I'm assuming its something offered by admissions?

Does that mean Tallahassee Community College to Florida State University program?

yeah, It's called limited access or something like that. I'm not sure. It enables you to take classes and other facilities on the FSU campus when really attending and paying TCC rates.

I found this: http://registrar.fsu.edu/services/tcc_coop/apdefault.htm

Tallahassee Community College-Florida State University Cooperative program

The TCC/FSU Cooperative Program is an agreement between the two schools allowing students at one institution to enroll at the other institution.
Policy and Procedures

Admission. The student must obtain specific approval from the designated representative of each institution. TCC students wishing to take FSU classes must contact the Office of Admissions at (850) 644-5856 for details. Students at FSU planning to take a course at TCC must also be cleared by their academic dean’s office. The approving official at Tallahassee Community College is the Registrar. Students must have a 2.0 grade point average.

Registration. Courses taken at the host institution must not be offered at the home institution. If there is a shortage of classroom space, the Coop students will be given lower priority for scheduling than the “home” students. The Coop student will be expected to follow prescribed registration procedures at each institution.

You will need to consult the Registrar Web site http://registrar.fsu.edu to obtain information on registration and course offerings. You will be allowed to register during the Open Registration Period for the given year and term in which you plan to take classes. An FSUCard is required to register via the web. If you do not have an FSUCard, you will need to register via the telephone.

Florida law requires all individuals registering at an institution within the State University System to provide proof of immunizations prior to registration. A Health History will be sent to you with your acceptance packet or you may pick up a FSU Health History form from Thagard Health Center on FSU’s campus. The health form must be completed and returned to the FSU Health Center before you will be cleared to register.

Fees. The student will pay fees to the host institution.

Note: Your permission to register at FSU through this cooperative program is for a single, specific semester only. To be eligible to participate in this program for any subsequent terms will require that you obtain approval from both institutions.
