I was recently accepted to TFA in NY and NYC Teaching Fellows (Special Education/Math). I have worked in education at a NYC Public High School as a counselor for a non-profit. In the next years, I am considering continuing my career as a teacher, pursuing non-profit administration/corporate philanthropy (education portfolios), or going to graduate school for Educational Leadership or Policy.

I have my thoughts on both programs, but I would really like to hear opinions on which program is a better fit for me. I am split 50/50 after my weighted pros and cons list.

Thanks
