<p>So my junior year English teacher, who was a huge fan on mine, might I add, is writing me a letter of recommendation. </p>

<p>He said, because I was one of his best and favorite students, he would do something that he wouldn't do for many--- handwrite my recommendations. </p>

<p>I was thinking to myself: is that a good thing? So I was wondering if this would be detrimental to me in any way?</p>

<p>I think you should ask the colleges whether that's okay, first. Because some colleges probably don't want handwritten letters.</p>
