Teacher Recs Help!

<p>My teachers are sending their recs via paper. When I printed out the Report forms however, they didn't have my application ID no (in short, they were the generic ones). Now I'm worrying that the adcomms wouldn't be able to match the teacher recs to my application. Is that okay or should I sent an email to the adcomm or something?</p>

<p>Oh, and the online app somehow truncated my dad's name. :/ How can that be fixed?</p>

<p>If you put your SSN on the forms, then they'll locate it that way.</p>

<p>SSN? That's social security right? Uh, I'm an international. :/ But I did fill up the forms accordingly and everything, will that help?</p>
