<p>The common app requires for international applicants to mark yes or no for this question</p>

<p>International applicants: Is promotion within your educational system based upon standard leaving examinations given at the end of lower and/or senior secondary school by a state or national leaving examinations board?</p>

<p>I am currently a permanent resident in the U.S. so I'm pretty sure that I do not count as an international applicant, but common app won't give me the green check mark unless I fill out a choice for this question... is this a glitch? What am I supposed to do? ;;</p>

<p>It’s not a glitch. The question is poorly worded and they are trying to get that fixed. All students have to answer including US students. Your answer should be no.</p>
