TestMasters books don't ship to California! Why?

<p>If you look at their shipping policy: <a href="http://www.testmasters.com/default.asp?item=517%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.testmasters.com/default.asp?item=517&lt;/a> They don't sell books to California residents.</p>

<p>I wonder why, because I really want to buy their "Solutions" book to the Official New SAT Guide. I tried Ebay, Amazon, and Half.com and the only seller I found is www-tesmasters-com and they don't ship to California. I then went to their website and found their shipping policy.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if there's a way to get around that or other places online that will ship the book to California?</p>

<p>Houston based "Test Masters Educational Services" doesn't ship to California because there's another company doing business in California under the name TestMasters. The TestMasters company from California operates in Texas under the name Score Perfect, but the Houston based company has chosen to not do business in California at all.</p>

<p>The TestMasters book of solutions is available from a seller on amazon.com. (But hurry, there’s only one copy left!)

The only other way I could think of to get around the shipping policy is to have TestMasters ship the book to someone you know who lives outside California.</p>

<p>im just curious. does no one on here use paypal for ebay and stuff? I could just paypal you the money. Id be willing to pay for the book, shipping for the book to your house, and shipping from your house to my house.</p>
