<p>Roosevelt! When I change my password to a more secure one, it keeps saying the lower case, upper case, number, punctuation crap! I even did that and it keeps saying it over and over. Finally it said system error try again! WHY IS THIS SO DAMN CONFUSING?!</p>

<p>try this. check if the passwords you're making contain ANY characters or letters from ur PID.</p>

<p>yeah.. so you can't use certain numbers.. and i guess the letter A would be taken out (assuming, it starts like A0*******) </p>

<p>yeah... it takes awhile to load into the system afterwards..</p>
