The AP Euro History Study Thread

yeah, i know a lot of people that did 3 and 7 as well, haha...

mc was difficult, i started freaking out when i was on question 20 and half the time was gone, lol - i think i skipped about 5, guessed on a good portion... i was suprised at how general the topics were though, our class tests are waaay harder.

i choose two and six (almost did 7) my last one was just major bs, lol.

how long were your essays? my dbq was like 5 pages (and i have the smallest handwriting -_-), second essay was like 3 pages and third... 2 and only like THREE paragraphs hahaha it was so baddd...

2 and 5 here.

DBQ was 5 pages, question 2 was about 3 pages, and question 5 was 4 pages, I believe? I rocked the DBQ & question 5. I don't know WHY THE HELL I chose question 2. We did the exact same FRE (well, as similar as can be) in class a few months ago and I did TERRIBLE on it. But we didn't discuss the second part of number one and three didn't seem appealing to me. I'm worrriieeeddd.. and I thought question 5 was really vague. I dunno. I had a lot of extra time because I rushed through question 2...

a lot of people did a combo 3 and 7 at my school as well. I know my thematic essays were pretty good, but my DBQ was a joke (as in not so good). I wrote 4 pages but had to rush the last paragraphs because the suggested time was about up. As for multiple choice, I was able to get to question 59 at halfway... however, it took me nearly the rest of the time to get to 80, leaving a total of 7 blank for the entire section.

I finished the MC like 20 minutes early and went back and checked a lot of stuff. I also finished the essays very early. I hope that's a good thing. :/ It's not like I didn't write enough--I got to the last page of paper in the booklet and I write fairly small.

I just got home from the test, it was much easier than I had anticipated it to be. Good Luck to everyone else ;)

i didnt think it was terrible

one question though...when writing one of my essays, i referred to the edict of nantes by king henry saying it banned huguenots because i got it confused. it really gave them rights. will i loose a lot of points for that? it was only like 2 or so lines and the rest of my essay was solid, but im worried about that!

I dont think they take off for incorrect responses.

MC wasnt too bad, though it was harder than the usual sample ones.

Free responses were ez.

they must take something off, seems like a significant error

i didn't have time to take any exams from the previous years or do any of the review book tests prior to taking the actual test so i didn't know how hard the questions would be. i just spent my time studying really useless extra information.. i thought the mc was okay. i made a stupid mistake though on one of the writers question. the dbq was pretty random. i remember seeing one from a couple years ago that was even more random. i picked 3 & 7 too for the frq. thank god for 3 cuz that was like one of the few topics i really studied. For 7 i just like made up things as i went along.. overall i thought it was an okay test. i need to learn how not to waste my time though
