I'm taking the test on Monday, and I'm feeling pretty good after poring over the Princeton Review for hours on end. My last remaining area of unease is significant figures. Does anybody know how strict the readers are in general about sig figs on the free response section? Is it better to err on the side of more digits, or less? Do the readers even care remotely? I just want to make sure I don't mess up something small over and over and get ten points docked unnecessarily.

I had another question.. I thought that 1/4 point is deducated for every wrong answer in the MC but my professor thinks otherwise and believes that there is no negative points. Is this true?

Wazzup, it's 1/4 off for a wrong MC answer on the AP tests, the SAT IIs, and the SAT I. The only test I can think of offhand with no negative points is the ACT, unless they changed that when they added the essay...I hope not.

I took the practice test in the Princeton Review and it was a breeze. Then this afternoon I just took the Physics B practice test in the 5 Steps To A 5 book with practice tests for 11 different subjects in it, and it was extremely difficult for me. Am I in trouble, or is 5 Steps To A 5 harder than the actual exam?

I've been studying the rapid review sections of 5 Steps to a 5 and supplementing that with some example problems, online concepts/steps for each type of problem, and practice tests. I just hope I can finish covering the topics by tonight. Good luck everyone!!
