hah - I think I broke a few rules on mine…

Your favorite book: Catch 22 by Joseph Heller

Your favorite movie: I don’t have one favorite, but I did especially like Napoleon Dynamite - it’s refreshing to see a good bit of ‘stupid,’ absurd comedy sometimes.

Your favorite website: Google - It takes me anywhere else I need to go. I would say Wikipedia, but I get interested in side links too easily.

Movie: Pirates of the Caribbean
Adjectives: Loyal and Understanding
Memento: Baby blanket and pillow
Word: Snurps (AP Bio joke)

These are hard…I kept going back in forth between being funny or being serious. Of course you want to sound intelligent, but you want to be real. I ended up with a mix because I feel that I am a mix of both. haha…i do think i will win the senior superlative for most stressed. i do stress about the silliest things…

Book: 1984
Website: reddit.com
Recording: 4’33" (I said whenever I don’t feel like listening to anything, I put this on. Look it up on Wikipedia :P)

Movie: 300

Word: Jam

^ Lol, you get ridiculous bonus points for including Led Zeppelin, Pre, and The Matrix. Beast of a band, beast of an athlete, beast of a movie.

However, you lose points for using redundant adjective choices ;)

and 300 is so overrated (this coming from the world’s biggest action junkie.)
Cheap, generic blue screen is so lame and lazy.

Try Braveheart, Gladiator, Fight Club, The Matrix, etc.
I’ll even throw Minority Report in there for sc-fi ;)

“A Little Princess” was my favorite book for pretty much my whole life. I only stopped admitting it a few years ago!!

Memento: Miraculous medal necklace I got for Confirmation
Word: Defenestrate… which I thought was so original until two minutes ago. :frowning: I used the verb, though!

Technically 4’33" isn’t silence though, haha. And 4’33" is something you’re supposed to listen to; that was John Cage’s point. But nice choice regardless. I think there are actually serious recordings of 4’33" out there (but that sort of misses the original intention of the piece).

lol @ hookem - it would be overrated if it wasn’t kingly. if i would have sent in my app now, i probably woulda switched over to Dark Knight/Wanted… heh i was actually thinking about putting Fight Club but the content of the movie was questionable lol – and Minority report definitely a classic…

and i just asked my friend like 2 min before i sent in my app of what i should put lol so w.e - thnks for the comments on the trip beasts :P
