<p>LOL ive been writing “Berkeley,” “UC Berkeley,” “Cal,” “Bizerkeley” all over my papers for a good while now hahaha</p>
<p>This is getting really intolerable. Work tomorrow is going to be AWFUL, even though I have a 7 hour shift that ends at 2:45.</p>

<p>@ absurdmike: Dude, I’ve been talking to a current psych major at UCB who works in admissions. You can switch, but it’s tricky. It’s relative to your excuse for switching and GPA more or less. She told me that some ppl make it and others do not :(.</p>
<p>Now I’m sensing this is a major risk. She told me to contact the department chair immediately, so that’s what I’m going to do. Damn, I thought it was easy to switch lol. Apparently it’s a little trickier…</p>

<p>Alas, Berkeley stole my heart with the beginning of the new year. Something changed within me. As long as I can switch to psych, I’m going to UCB. If I cannot…I’ll be going to UCLA.</p>

<p>hey, emil, is it tricky to switch only for a capped major or any major in general? I’m planning to switch from PACS to political economy, they are even in the same department.</p>

<p>@ ksForBerkeley: You’re good! You should be able to switch without a problem. It’s just hard for capped majors in L&S. Literally, I’m going to email the department chair, and set up a meeting or lunch or something! The perks of living really close to Berkeley :).</p>
<p>@ Evan: I’ll probably know anytime from tomorrow to next Friday. I’ll for sure know where I’m going in a week. Either way…one of 3 things will happen:</p>
<p>1) UCLA psych
2) UCB psych
3) UCB phil</p>

<p>66.67% chance I go to UCB
33.33% UCLA chances :p.</p>
