The Darthmouth Paper Crazy Freshmen Stories

Anyone read this? Disturbing- other than the last line that it gets better after freshman year. Why is there a vocal sector at Dartmouth that is proud to relay stories about s***ing at the gym, vomiting on other people etc. Honestly - what the hell is going on at this campus? Other postings said drinking isn't binge - but this paper makes apoint of it being a source of pride. Are they the vocal minority? Yeah - it binge drinking -especially among freshmen happpens at every school. But the gym steps story and vomiting on people was a new low I hadn't heard of before.

Is this section on the online paper as well?

I didn't see it online. It is in the August 2007 Freshmen Issue on page 26
Crazy Freshmen Stories: The Legacy You'll Follow? by Kelsey Blodget.

according to alcoholEDU binge drinking is defined by 5 standard drinks or more by men and 4 standard drinks or more by women

back to the grind...

The vomiting is to be expected, but the whole s****ing on the steps takes d-baggery to a whole new level.

That said, I laughed at the whole Christmas tree thing. I think the '11s definitely have the potential to take it one step further though.

jeezz I wish they had it posted on the online version as well.
