The Indian Thread (TiT) # 17

Oye! That was the topic I wrote a play for my school in 11th!
Hope you guys didn’t miss me
Physics over. should get over 90% hopefully :-/ English Language tomorrow  Wonder if I should study comp/maths/chem today…

Btw, why am I reminded of munch munch(the crunchy munch) whenever I read 10 char 10 char. I dunno, I really start salivating :P

What does Zomg mean tetris?

What are your safety schools?? I’m having a tough time finding one !!!

Mine? I can’t even really say I have one. I mean, there are places I’m sure I’ll be accepted, but I can’t say I’ll get financial aid for sure. Hopefully I’ll get into JUDE if I can’t go anywhere in the US.

Sort of counting on Ohio Wesleyan though.

What do you want to study, anyway?

Economics and Math

Is it remotely possible to take physics with psychology or political sciences :-/ I would have considered philosophy, but I don’t call all those crappy ancient texts ‘philosophy’

Why wouldn’t it be possible, gary?

@Quasi: Zomg is just another way to say oh my god. I kind of use both zomg and omg interchangably, don’t know what the difference between the two is. Maybe I should Urban-Dictionary it (love how I used a website name as a verb :p).

I’m kind of counting on a Michigan response by early December. If I don’t make it, I’ll dig up a few sure bets to apply to.

Well we’ve become fairly tame…

gary, yep, totally possible. And philosophy isn’t just crappy ancient texts - although there’s obviously some Plato and Aristotle involved. The basics of anything are pretty boring, you know? But it gets interesting after that. I find existentialism pretty intriguing, for example. I’m reading Sophie’s World right now, so I’m sure I’ll be able to discuss lots more interesting stuff about philosophy after I finish it. But if you can take physics with comparative lit, you can definitely take it with psychology or whatever.

I am in essay-writing mode right now! Don’t you just love the feeling of an idea that never fades away?

My parents will kill me if I hear about this :stuck_out_tongue: Thanks for giving me hope guys
Btw I thought zomg meant zombies oh my gosh! though zombie is a figurative hyperbole of the usual omg. Though, they are all finally cyberslang defined by the eccentric usage by users like us. So tetris is fully justified in using them interchangeably :)

■■■■■. I didn’t even think about zombies. Your mindmapping is weird.

tetris, yeah! I miss the feeling! I’ve been blocked for a week — haven’t written a thing, not even whiny angst in my journal.

No no no zomg evolved from a finger-slip - someone pressed the ‘z’ key instead of the Shift key!

Why would one press the Shift key to write omg?

Because noobs think OMG! is more powerful than omg. And mindmapping Quasi? I’ve heard that phrase before…can you give me a full map of my mind :stuck_out_tongue: ? My impressions on you might be more deceptive than weird  Absurd nevertheless.
Goodnight everybody!
Gotta study chem before tomorrow’s language exam.

Well yes, gary nailed it. I think a normal omg does the job well enough, though. And lol @ the use of the word ‘noob’. It’s what the resident gamers in my class call everyone.

I like started reading Sophie’s World last month and slept while reading just 10 pages…oh my god, totally not of my type…:)

I will try reading it once my exams finish
