Modesty and not honesty is the best policy :)

Anyone applying to Harvey?

@cc: sort of :)

@cc- probabaly

@cc: Surely not ;)

All that is missing now is someone saying surely. So who’s it going to be? :)

Harvey is good in Engineering…that is all what i know about it…the reason being that three of my seniors are there :)

Ahhhh I love you guys. You’re all so entertaining :p

I’m not sure what the american colleges’ policy towards La Martiniere Lucknow will be, but LMC is pretty well regarded coz every year around 10 people go from the boys’ school to the states (not sure about the girls school). Me and my friends checked out the school records of the past 15 years and every year, 1 guy gets accepted at UPenn, 1 guy at UCBerkeley,1 guy at Boston University and 1 guy at NYU. Most went to liberal arts colleges, few went to UVA,CMU,Hopkins. Not sure how many applied for aid.
I don’t think that the colleges will have a radically different policy towards La Martiniere Lucknow.

I know the guy who is in at HYP. He’s the one who gave me all the gyan about yale. BTW, he’s going to yale.

I’m not applying to Mudd. The only claremont college that I will apply to is Pomona College.

I’m applying to Scripps just because I love the consortium, even though the idea of being in an all-girls school for another four years is sort of nauseating.

And if Cali’s really gone bankrupt, neither Pomona nor Scripps nor Mudd will be giving very good aid. I know that Pomona lost about 600 million lately, so I’m considering changing my mind about it.

^^^Really, i didnt know that (about pomona). But I doubt if cali going bankrupt has a really big impact on private colleges coz they have their own means of income and do not rely on the govt.

@cheese: CMU, NYU, UVA, Berkeley don’t give aid to internationals. Boston U has a few scholarships.
