Because he doesn’t have enough to do.

When does he sleep?
Maybe he’s AI?!

Well he did drop the morning gig… but he def is the energizer bunny!

Does he still do a radio weekend top 40 kind of thing???

If there’s a hosting slot to fill, Ryan Seacrest will fill it.

Yup

Which I thought he was overextended before he signed up for that, considering it’s in NYC and he had to travel from LA every week

Ewwww. He’s just too bland.

I am not a regular watcher of Wheel of Fortune so this is far less traumatic (and much more quickly resolved) than replacing Alex Trebek on Jeopardy.

Wonder if Vana White will leave at the same time (or be pushed out)?

Big  here. Why does he think what he has isn’t enough? To me, it’s kind of sad. And I’m speaking as someone who likes him!

I wonder if this was in the works when Ryan decided to leave Live with Kelly.

I think he will be very good at it.

I also think that WOF tapes something like 24 days a year, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to fit into his already very busy schedule.

I feel like I heard that once. Can you imagine what a deal that is for Vanna? I mean, maybe she does other stuff too but I bet she has a nice paycheck for those 24 days!

I always wonder when American Idol will officially close it’s doors. Maybe he has some insight to that and scooped this up. I mean, honestly at age 48 I’m sure he can retire pretty dang comfortably!

  1. Similar to Jeopardy, it’s 2 days every other week. Plus additional tapings for primetime episodes.

I would have liked Tom Bergeron to host it. He wasn’t interested :disappointed:.

Vanna apparently is asking for a raise to stay. She hasn’t had a raise - just some bonuses - in 18 years.

I thought she made 17 million a year? If I were her, I would be hanging up my evening gowns and retiring.

Edit: I looked it up and she only makes 3 million per year. Where did I get the 17 million figure? :woman_shrugging:

The higher number may be closer to what Pat Sajak was making.

If true, she should have fired her agent years ago.

I would like him to go back to DWTS, but that’s not happening.

I think Vanna probably was fine with the way things were, but maybe she would figures it’s no longer good enough if she has to start over with a new guy. I suppose she might say buh-bye if they don’t take care of her.

Or enough money!
