Feed-- I haven't taken AP US history yet, and I'm never going to get to! :( this year was the first year my school had it and it conflicted with my advanced English class and next year they cancelled it bc not enough people signed up! ugh. So I'm dual-enrolling because I love history lol.

umm... Chem was chem. I hate it. I thought it was horrible and I really didn't understand it at all. I hated it last year in honors, and only took AP this year because my friends were all taking AP. It's just incredibly boring IMO, and my teacher made the class harder than it should've been. Her test are like 5x harder than the actual AP test..

it all really depends on if you're a science person or not! A class will always be easier if you actually enjoy the subject.

@pseudo - oh, aw. So basically you're saying that you didn't do that well on the chem? :(
Well, don't feel bad. I felt uber bad about my AP US exam too, and I think those feelings are going to return tomorrow after I take the AP World exam. My parents are okay with me cancelling my scores, but really this is the worst decision I made this year. Taking both the AP history exams. What was I thinking! >_<

I'm taking AP Chem next year.
People are already telling me it's going to be hell. :(
Not looking forward to it.

Anyway, yea. 8 more days left for the SAT (almost a week guys!)
Today when I thought about 8 more days, instead of thinking 'WOOHOO I'll get my scores back soon'... I felt this weird chill in the back of my spine. Like I didn't do well at all, and mightn't even break 2000! I hate this phase of waiting so much. This is when you start doubting yourself and think you did really bad. Thankfully, I don't let myself slip into the nightmares phase too often.

I will go ballistic if I didnt get 800 math, but I'm feeling a 740-700 cr and a 75-770 writing. Hopefully it will be a 2300. My last chance.

Subject tests are annoying. I think if I've taken x number
of APs, they can count as subject tests. Ugh I think I'm going to have to take 2 in June and then one, maybe two in fall.

I'm with eeeeric. Although I wouldn't mind a 2200+. But I'm doubting it.
In fact, I'm doubting 2000+ right now.

:(

Did anyone else go back and view his/her last SAT essay on collegeboard.com to make himself/herself feel better about the essay this time?
lol.
After reading my last essay, I did feel that this time I wrote bulls.hit to a lesser degree. Sigh.

I am def. doubting myself too much. I looked at my 1st essay and it was very simplistic, but my examples were good. but for this one, i used only a personal example and made it in a form of a narrative......

^ What was your score last time?
I don't know how you incorporated a personal example in the technology essay (did you get that topic?)... I won't say I've not read an essay with a personal example that received a high score, but I will say that those are very few instances. Good luck though!
