<p>I was just wondering if people could share what their average scores in the Real ACT booklet were compared to what they actually received on the REAL ACT. </p>
<p>Tell whether you increased, decreased, or kept your score the same?</p>
<p>I am just curios because on the Real ACT booklet I am averaging(31.5), so I'm right on the border haha.</p>

<p>well when i took the practice one</p>
<p>i got 20 31 29 29 composite of 27</p>
<p>when i took the real thing i got
28 31 21 30 composite of 28</p>
<p>i really messed on reading.</p>
<p>I had a 34.25 on the one test that I took from the book. I had a 35.5 on the real thing. But thats because I learned to slow down and not miss 3 questions on math...</p>
<p>the real ACT book is made up of real ACT tests from the past... so yes, REAL ACT guide = Actual ACTs</p>

<p>oh ok. well, I averaged 32-33 on the Real ACT book, and on my latest ACT, i made a 35.. so the real score was higher for me than the book score</p>

<p>When I used the book, I scored around the 31-34, but on the actual test, I scored a 35. I found it to be the most helpful study guide of all.</p>

<p>I got 34s and 35s in the practice tests in The Real ACT and in the online course, and I got a 34 on the real thing. However a couple of my scores on the practices were far off from the real thing. I usually got 35 or 36 on the reading or science sections in practice but in the real thing I got 33s. That's probably more of me having an issue with time though.</p>
<p>The practice tests in the real book are the real tests though. They're as good as they get.</p>
<p>Yea you have to take into account pressure and nerves on the test day. If you are working till the last minute on the practices, then you might not have enough time of the real thing. I know that I took 20 minutes longer on the math on the real test than on the practice test. I was nervous so I had to slow down and be extra careful.</p>
<p>khoitrinh: WOW, I wish I was that fast at the math section, or in any section for that matter. I always have to work till the last minute (except maybe on English), on every practice test.</p>

<p>I took 30 mins on the practice test and 50 on the real one, but I did miss a question on the practice test, so its not all that great to go fast. All my sections were slower on the real test, but math was the most noticeable. My english took about 35 mins on the practice but it took 40 mins on the real. And for reading and science, I had almost no time left on the practice tests, but on the real one, I had to rush or I wouldn't have finished.</p>
<p>30 secs for a math question is very reasonable. Especially when you ahve a calculator and answer choices.</p>
