<p>It seems obvious to me that they are making it more like the ACT. They have been steadily loosing ground to the ACT. </p>

<p>I think the move to the 1600 scoring is to challenge more colleges to include the expressive score. Some today only use the first 2. </p>

<p>SAT flash card approach for its vocabulary test is out of style, you need not be a spelling bee to be successful in the society.</p>
