The Scores Are Out!

I messed up too

CR 430
WR 460
M ath 550

I felt I didnt do any mistakes in the Math and Writing Section,, yet my scores are:

CR - 740
W - 720 Essay - 9
M - 710

ok. so i didn't do HORRIBLE. But math killed me. I'm still a junior tho, and I still have time to retake it...this was also my first time

CR:670
W:660
M: 520 (grrr...i will absolutely KILL it next time)

so its kind of bittersweet...like...i have excellent grades at school, but on standardized tests my math is always lacking

math 640
reading 630
writing 600
Overall 1870

i couldn't believe my math was the highest and writing the lowest. In my psat, my writing was the highest and I expected it to be WAY better than 600. Mmm :(

800 CR
800 Math
790 Writing

this sucks... well i feel pretty good right now but i just feel really bad...
saying i got a 2390... instead of a 2400.... but whatever...

i know i screwed up somewhere to get a 790 because i was pretty confident.
alright.

Haha, no worries, 8parks11. The 10 points is statistically insignificant, anyway. If you really have to, you can tell everyone that when they ask. =P

BOO HOO 8PARKS.

I can't believe you're complaining about 2390...

davincicodes, what did u get on ur writing mc? cuz i got a 66 on the mc and 9 essay and i got 670 on the writing.

and g-u-not, dont worry about ur score if this is the first time u took it. first time i took it, i got 500 v, 600 w, 650 m. by the third time, i had 670 v, 670 w, 770 m. just keep trying.

690 CR
680 M
670 W 8 essay

I thought I did much better on the essay than an 8. I guess I should maybe read through what they really expect on the essay, but I thought I did well and got my point across. Oh well. Now that I think about it I think I may have strayed from the prompt somewhat. That must be why. I'm glad that I got over a 2000, because I was expecting not to, but then I was still hoping for over a 2200 so I wouldn't have to take it again, but no, I was way off.

Wow, looks like many people did really well! Congrats!

I got:

CR: 640
M: 740
W: 710 with 9 on essay
Total: 2090

I first thought I got 740 on writing so I got really happy (then total is 2120) but I saw it wrong :-X. Anyway, since my practice SAT started off with 1770 last summer, I guess this is pretty decent score for the first timer. I'm taking another one next month so let's hope for miracle there.

Im a freshman.

CR:670
M:710
W:670 9 essay
Total:2050

I took the test to qualify for summer programs. CTY here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

blah.
560 CR
460 Math
510 Wr

It's my 3rd time and my last. At least I got about 100 better than the last. :/

First time to Second time:

Critical Reading: 640 to 750
Math: 800 to 800
Writing: 700 to 800

2140 to 2350... very happy.

My daughter scored the lowest in CR. She got 450 in CR, while she got 620 in math. Can some one suggest resources to increase her CR score?
Thanks
hypermom

Grain: WOW. Awesome improvement.

January was my second time taking it

CR: 680
Math: 760
Writing: 800 (12 essay, 75 MC)
Total: 2240

Math was the same, and writing improved .. but CR dropped 60 points ouch (made a 740 the first time) ... Normally, I'd accept a 2240, but the CR subscore is just a bit ... frustrating ... I'm not sure whether I want to take it a 3rd time if it's only for CR.

CR 700
Math 720
WR 720 (10 on the essay, which surprised me in the positive way, with 71 scaled score, which surprised me in the negative way)

Really happy because I've marked a good starting point in my SAT life. Today will be a good day...heh!

Lucidity: Most schools take the highest score you got on each subsection, not the highest score you got at one sitting. So you got a 2300. I'd call it a day if I were you.

Ask the schools you're planning to apply to.

Wow .. really? Someone else told me that earlier today, but it was the first time I've heard that. Thanks! I'll do some research and see =)

2270

CR: 750
Math: 760
Writing: 760

First time with no prep at all (lol, I didn't prep for the PSAT either but got 208 on it O_______o; )... should I retake? I just recently enrolled in PR's prep course, so maybe I could do better with some real prep?
