The Scores Are Out!

cr 800/wr 780/m 690/tot 2270
kind of awkwarded out by the gap between cr/wr and math, but i'm content. first time and didn't do too much prep... i unsubscribed from SAT Q of the day and it felt SO good :)

Yajimari.... PR will do nothing for your score. PR teaches to the whole class, and from what ive heard its getting 500s into the 600s and that's to the extent that they help. For someone at your level, you'll really need a private tutor to get that 800. Whatever PR is going to teach you, you've obviously already mastered. If i were you, I would just keep those scores you've got!

deenierah... good call! I am gonna do that right now! lol

congrats pamplemoose!
as for myself, i should refrain from <self-fulfilling prophecies=""> in the future lol</self-fulfilling>

750 CR
670 M ????!
700 W 11 Essay
best combined now stands at 1470 and 2200

JanTest (1stTry)
CR: 650 (600)
M: 760 (710)
W: 650 (680)
Total: 2060 (1990)

I guess I'm not sad, but I was kind of hoping I'd do better. I mean, I went down in one of the subjects! Oh well, if i mix and match my scores, it's a 2090. Decent. I'll be trying again my senior year.

My 12 year old daughter took the SAT to qualify for a gifted program. She scored a 1930 total. We are happy with that.

i should've started taking the SAT when i was 12! haha

2270.

800 Critical Reading
710 Math :(:(:(:(
760 Writing (75, 10 essay) - curve was pretty sweet

First time taking, I am a sophomore. I think I can do better though.

EDIT: Actually, this is not my first time...my first was in 7th grade. Oh how quickly I purged that experience from my mind :)

you guys make me feel bad. lol. but suffice to say, i'm not applying to any ivy league schools or anything (art schools) so i guess i'm content with my scores. i just wish my math score was a little higher. ah well...

620 CR
600 W (61, Essay 8)
460 M

680 math
530 readingg
400 writing

I really dont care about writing since the college im going to doesnt evaluate it yet and im just trying to get 1270 for BrightFutures but right now I need 60 more points. Taking it again in March 10. Im studying a lot for math but have been told that it is easier to raise a 530 reading than a 680 math but still, im sure i can raise some points in math because I took with no prep, just my general math knowledge.

I got the hit parade list for reading, anything else to raise that cr? Thanks.

780 CR
780 M
...690 W. 10 essay. What happened? Haha. Not too bad for my first try though.

800 CR
800 Writing - 80 MC, 10 Essay
780 Math
First time. Hells yes.

I took the SAT in 7th grade.
410 Verbal
520 Math

Now it's 640 CR and 640 Math. Woo:D

how can u guys score 800 on CR...i only got 590..!!!!

darrrrnnnn...

First time -

CR: 610
M: 630
W: 720 (68, 12)

CR: 670
M: 720
W: 750 (78, 8)

Total: 2140

I felt confident after leaving the test, but I guess not. :'(

CR: 700
M: 660
W: 650 (63, 9)

I screwed up the math; I usually pull mid 700's. Oh well. Retake in June!
CR is usually my lowest score; it's weird that it was my highest....

CR curve must've been generous this time; so many 800s...

CR - 800
Math - 700 :(
Writing - 750 (75, 9)

Composite - 2250

They counted the essay for a lot more this time around, it seems.

Meh, +80. :( Pretty disappointed, and might take it a third time (LOL, how depressingly pathetic...). I swear, I just can't get the stinking math questions, and it's always stupid little errors like not carrying or forgetting a coefficient...

deenierah- Thanks! I just cancelled my enrollment and won't be taking this again! :)
