The Social Scene at Dartmouth

Hello, Sybbie, hope your summer is going well too.

Illinois_kid, alcohol is as much a part of the social scene as you want it to be. I don't drink, and I've never felt excluded from anything. Many of my friends are teetotalers of sorts, and feel much the same way.

There's always something to do on campus without alcohol.

As for being active or busy...

My greatest wish is that I had more time because there are so many things I want to do and that need to be done on campus.
If you are bored at Dartmouth your only hope is Disneyland …or a lobotomy if medical help is deemed necessary.

i agree...boredom is definitely NOT the concern
the bigger problem is finding enough time to get everything done

Old thread, but anyone can aswer thi now instead of starting a new thread. Do dartmouth students interact frequently withMiddlebury, Williams, Bowdoin, and Colby students?

Well, Bowdoin and Colby are both at least 3 hours away by car. So unlikely. S had friends at a few of those schools, but only saw them when at home.

@808charlie

no. there is no interaction with students at any of those schools.
