"I’m pretty sure that email went to everyone in the engineering department. "

I didn’t get it. I must be the ultimate reject! yayy =)

i got deferred to SPRING??? cant decide if im happy… i guess? hahah

Arduouspallor : Try a different proxy, if you haven’t already.

Pasq : I think Spring applicants are chosen at random…

Imgoing2college : Well at least you’re in at UCSB!

Finally! I got in! =D

"Well at least you’re in at UCSB! "

^^Hells yes! I would go there over Cal anyways haha.

rejected, oh well…

knew it was coming but i had a tiny hope there’d be the smallest chance i was accepted. ^^;

skad…everyone did not get that email
that is my point.

but on the bright side i just got into northwestern
whateveeerrrrr

any OOSers get in?
i didn’t lol

Phew, good thing you didn’t use a proxy to view your Northwestern decision.

wow skad you are funny.

Rejected (was OOS)

I really wasn’t expecting to get in anyways though since I pretty much blew off prepping for the SAT IIs.

Sorry, had to say it…but in all seriousness, congrats on getting into NW.

thanks.
good luck at berkeley everyone who got in!

I GOT IN!!! with a 3.9 gpa and 1870 sat and got rejected from irvine and davis???

Congrats juulia! you must have had some awesome essays!

what does OOS stand for?
i’m too scared to look.

I got in as a Spring Admit. It was probably my low SAT scores and mediocre essays. At least I got accepted though.

juulia - you were sent the talent/accomplishments supplemental. Of the people who receive this type of supplemental questionnaire, the admissions chances are very good. Something in your ECs and non-academic accomplishments caught Cal’s interest and ultimately got you in. Congratulations.
