^ Too bad his sense of elitism is entirely unfounded

^^ That one I was thinking about not putting on my list, but then I saw the last post. The point of my post is… We don’t need ALL these threads and people can make way better ones. Too many of them are so lame. Recently I just look at the titles, sometimes ever the author and go like “nope, nope, nope.” I use to click many threads, now only a few per page.

Justin beiber, ugh, can’t stand that kid! He’s like a long lost backstreet boys’ brother!

That made me look back to this thread:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/high-school-life/777953-where-everybody.html

X D

huh?

On my previous post “I use to click many threads, now only a few per page.” it reminded me of the thread “Where is everybody?” =P

Ohhh, lol. I was pretty lost for a minute. Do you know how to convert a 99.5 into the 4.0 scale?

Divide by 25 I guess. Or just go through the work of converting all of your number grades into letter grades.

Here’s another thing that annoys me: GPA’s. All schools should work on the 100 point system; it’s not fair that someone with a 100 in a class gets credit as a 4.0 (since it’s above an A), but someone with a 92.5 gets a 4.0 too since it rounds up to a 93, an A. Plus, 100 point scales are constant for every school, since the ABCDF scale is different between schools.

^I didn’t know this! I have 108% overall, I don’t get it. is this a 4.0? 5.0? 3.0?

My school solely has a percentage scale.

Mine too, which is why I get confused when I try to convert it.

Let me know if you find an accurate conversion scale.

Do you know if that scale goes up to 5.0?

It doesn’t if you are referring to UW.

what is the difference between W and UW?

W is what your GPA is with the inclusion of AP classes.

I don’t have AP classes

Your GPA wouldn’t include them then.

Oh, I wonder… Idk, I’m gonna try to find the thread where someone explained it.

^ya… then you would have a 4.0 gpa. Very good, unless your not taking the hardest classes the school offers. Then less good, but still not bad.
