Those godaddy.com Ads

Does anyone else how comically softcore and out of touch these commercials are? They have Danica Patrick, the single most OVERRATED woman ever in terms of looks (seriously, she's a 6, maybe) constantly talking about how 'racy' the online 'unrated' versions of the commercials are. Have you ever actually watched the online versions? There was one where they advertised it like she was gonna be shown showering or whatever, and the 'uncensored' version consisted of her laying on a bed in a long towel (as in down to her ankles) using a laptop. Wat.
I'm sure they technically were unrated, as in not reviewed by a rating agency, but saying these godaddy.com commercials are unrated is like a restaurant saying it's meals are unrated by a health council, and the food ends up being chopped celery and biscuits. It's just funny that they're trying to appeal to this generation, with all we have been exposed to. I was raised on scat pron and 4chan was too soft for me by the time I was 13, and you're gonna try to get my attention with IMPLIED NUDITY?
I've made a note to never ever use godaddy.com, ever. Those ads are SO DUMB. GAWD.
rant

I don’t see why they try to use such ads when they have nothing to do with the service itself.

Maybe because that’s the closest they can get on public television without flashing the views, or maybe that makes too much sense.

Plus the fact that there hot girls on TV catches the normal man’s eyes. You should stop thinking so hard about it. That’s advertising, and if they have the money to put their ads on during the superbowl, then it’s working for them.

I find nothing good or bad about it. It’s entertainment, nothing more. It’s not like we are going to use it at our age anyway.

^ They can go a LOT farther than that on public TV. Did you see that Kim Kardashian ad? That is what I like. They showed some boobage, emphasized dat ass, and made her look hot. Not prancing around talking about how hardcore the unrated version is.

Also, what.
"It’s not liek we are going to us it at our age. "

I think the real concern is why you were raised on scat porn.

Lol that’s my grammar at 11:00 Pm…

I meant we are not going to use the site at our age anyway. Also, you are right about how they could have gone as far as that other commercial, but the tone of the commercial didn’t seem to be that extreme.

I have to agree…

haha
10chars

wow .

O’o

10 char

What did I miss?

The same thing I missed probably

Sex sells. They wouldn’t be advertising so much if it didn’t work.

^ I’m saying they’re not sexy enough

Kim’s commercial made me jizz so hard.

… .

The Kardashian commercial was just sad…

Scat pron and 4chan are softcore, OP. Child’s play, even for a 13 year old. And I’ve never bothered to look at the godaddy videos online. A respectable racecar driver wouldn’t dare do anything so racy for the sake of advertisement. I never once believed those videos were anything like what they suggested they were.

lol, how hasn’t this been deleted yet?

^ because we’re intelligently discussing how social media affects our culture :)

Back to topic:
They are VERY annoying. I remember watching that first commercial like 5 yrs ago. I went to that site and had about 20 ads popup onto my screen. I was like 12 at that time…

Check out this scam. Tons of athletes like Shaq, Michael phelps, Kobe, and Kevin Durant are paid to wear and advertise these wristbands. Shame on them.
