<p>Hello, I'm from Libya, I have a three years higher technical diploma in chemical engineering and I have a financial support from Libyan government for study master's degree and I intend major in the same path (Chemical Engineering) or Petroleum Engineering program, BUT I do not know if the USA'S universities accept my three years or no, If you have any information or opinion about this please give me that, Thank you.</p>
