<p>My D told me that Rice has EA. She sent me the Rice supplement to application, and all I see are ED, Interim D and RD. Website does not help clarify. Has this changed from last year?</p>
<p>I'm trying to understand this FAST. ED deadlines are coming up, and she and I have diff of opinion on this.</p>
<p>Does someone have definitive answer? May not be able to wait until Monday, if ED interview request is tomorrow, 10/15 (a Sunday?)</p>

<p>I followed another thread about testing and found the webpage explaining the 3 decisions.</p>
<p>Interim Decision is the same as EA (as in you find out the decision earlier, but it is not binding). ED is binding, so your child should only apply ED if it's their first choice.</p>
