yeah, that’s what I was thinking also…

QofL :D

yeah, that’s what I was thinking also…

QofL :D

Fareignheight still confuses me… 80-30=50/2=25C i think… thats a nice temperature… sure bets -6C but snow is fun. I love Science class cause I get to use celsius while everyone else is lost.

hahah lol…I don’t understand what those numbers mean, but I don’t understand why American had to be different and use a whole different system than everybody else uses…

Fareignheight was the old system, Us obviously shunned change No offense anyone, theres loads of stuff about the USA I love!

lol…they should switch to make it easier on us students!

QofL :)

Celsius makes sense at least to me. Its way easier to remember, freeze at 0C and boil at 100C. 10 is cool, 20 nice, 30 hot, and 40 is getting really hot although I have lived thrrough summer where it seemed permanently stuck in the 40-45C range. It was horrible.

ohhhh…that must suck…when I went to Belize this summer it was so hot and sticky and gross!

and the mosquitoes bites were horrible(but definitely not as bad as when we went to the Virgin Islands…I got more mosquitoes bites on top of the one’s I got from Belize!)

Winter in Taiwan is a joke… right now it is 12 degrees Celsius and obviously no snow:(

Is anybody else doing the Green Cup Challenge question for Andover???

Hi Yangster!

and I’m doing the one that says what would be the title of my book in 2060 i believe it is?

if i were to write that essay, it would run way past 500 words, so I decided to do this one… jk:)

hahaha…lol
what schools are u applying to?

Welcome Yangster! Is English your first language?
@A7X Forever=) I’m doing that essay too. I don’t even know if anyone will care to buy my biography :).

Once again what does QofL mean?
Welcome yangster!!!
Even though I like the U.S. I think i would rather use Celcius then Farenheit (sorry for the bad spelling), it makes me feel dumb when everyother country uses celsius but not the U.S…

GAH! CC is addicting but I’m not on here as much as I used to be.

I would use Celsius. It makes more sense to me :/

Im applying to Andover, Peddie, and L’ville
and yes, english is my first language (international school No need for TOEFL !!)
who has gotten their SSAT’s?? cuz I haven’t :(

I did ! but I did absolutely horrible on math and it brought my score down by 10 pts.

did you order it by email?

I only ordered FedEx…

btw guys, how do you get fee waivers?

40 SECS!!! uno, dos, tres… gdshtsjkhfskgn

To get a fee waiver you have to ask the school that you are applying to about getting one and then they will probably let you.

by calling?
