I'm a prospective physics major in high school and I'm wondering should I do some physics research this summer or take some high up level math classes such as Diff Eq's, Linear Algebra, and Calc 3.

Or what else? ;d

Have some fun.

-gasps-

10 char

Well if I wasn’t such a lazy ass I would have done A.P. Physics which would have led to some sort of early internship or job opportunity. At the very least, I could have met with people and started working on a network for future careers.

Makes me wish I was less intelligent so I could’ve earned my grades through hard work instead of “eh”-ing my way through high school. True, sad fact.

Have fun, too. You have your whole life to be some boring robot that works 8 hours a day. Drink and be merry while you can.

Well yea, but I’d be completed bored if I don’t do something over the summer.

What I would do is take 1 or 2 courses at your local community college and then just work the rest of the summer. If you can find something career related then by all means go for it. Very few people get to do that before college. If that doesn’t happen just find a job you can put up with and start raking in the dough. You’ll need it, lol.
