Up to now, my online collegeboard account hasn't recognized that I registered as a standby even though its one day before results are supposed to come up.

Does anyone know how standbys actually receive scores and if it is done through an online process as many have stated, exactly how do they know which online account to post it to?

okay, i was in exactly the same situation as you about a week ago...

I called up collegeboard and have a lovely chap talk me through how I could get my results, until I explained that there was no way i could get them online or on the phone because I didnt have a registration number ect because i had taken them as a standby. This is when he understood I was a standby and we started to get somewhere...

Now, whilst I was on the phone he took my account details and had a look on-line. In that time my account came up as saying that I had taken the test as a standby and said all the usual 'check back on dec 21 for your scores'. I was a little confused as to whether this was a HUGE coincidence, or whether he had done it, but anyway it has now come up on-line.

I think the thing to do is to call them.

I've just realised I have been on very little help, but I was in your situation adn go it sorted. i would also say not to worry over the date, becuase it is quite likely that your scores will be delayed becuase you took them as a standby.
