<p>I’m pretty sure that russians are classified as white so they wouldn’t be a URM :(… but putting the white classification aside, how many russians would you predict attend Brown?.. or how often do you bump into one?</p>
<p>Russians would be considered international students—unless you mean students of russian heritage.</p>
<p>10% (% international) of 2800 (those accepted) is 280, and I believe I read somewhere they had like 30+ chinese students last year, so possibly 20ish russian internationals? It’s just guess-timation when figuring stuff like that out.</p>
<p>In 2009, there were 33 students from Eastern Europe at Brown.</p>
<p>If you’re talking about students from Russia, look above. I do know quite a few students of Russian heritage but US citizens who are at Brown as well. What are you looking for specifically? I believe there may be a Russian club.</p>
