<p>I am the mom of a Duke '09 student, and I just wanted to wish all of you the best of luck on your finals. I know this is such a difficult time for everyone. So much stress and pressure to deal with.....but you're ALMOST DONE!!!!</p>
<p>I am proud of all of you for making it through this first semester! I know how exhausted you must be and how much relief you will feel when these exams are over. The first semester can be especially difficult because many of you sailed through high school so easily, and the workload is most likely greater than you are accustomed to having. This WILL get easier!</p>
<p>Just think, next year at this time, you will all be experts on what it takes to get through finals in one piece! :)</p>
<p>Meanwhile, do you best and be happy with your efforts. I'm sure you all will do beautifully! </p>
