<p>I read that colleges discourage January testing, because the TOEFL scores may not arrive in time. Thus I believe December is the last time it should be taken, which does not mean that one ivy or another still accepts january scores if they arrive in time.</p>
<p>January should be fine for Harvard as they accept January SAT scores.</p>
<p>Just wanted to point out that Harvard does NOT require the TOEFL.</p>
