TOEFL score cancelled. Help please.

<p>I took the TOEFL test in September and waited for the score to come out. However, it took so long so I called customer support, which told me my score was cancelled due to a technical error at the testing center. They also told me I would be offered a free TOEFL test, but I never got any contact from them.</p>

<p>Has anyone experienced this before? I have no idea what to do. How do I get my free test?
Please help me with this!!!</p>

<p>I had the same issue a few months ago. It took me a great deal of time and effort to figure out what was going on. You just keep contacting them and sooner or later they will notify you of your new test day.</p>
