Too late to apply to Penn State?

<p>I missed the priority deadline Feb/1 for transfer. Can I still apply for transfer for business major?
I am at a community college with 65 credits( take some classes in other major), GPA 3.966.</p>

<p>Also, for the requirement for transfer addmission. The school says no transfer admission if the person has 3 or more semester of work. Can I still get in? I don't mind how many credits they accept. Thank you. Urgent!!!</p>
