Too many supplemental documents?

Hi guys. I am applying to X university and it is my number one choice. I have sent the school some supplemental documents with the hope that this will make my application more attractive and thorough. So far, I have sent a letter debriefing my interest in double majoring at X university and explaining my interest in my chosen fields. This letter was sent like two months ago when I submitted my application. Last week, I found out that one of my spring 2014 grades didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, and since the school requires I submit spring grades, I also sent a brief one paragraph explanation of my situation along with the grades. Because I was unnerved by this, I also sent in a magazine published by my current school that contains two of my science papers to X university. Now that final decisions are in the process of being made, I was thinking of sending in one LAST letter. I have been working on a fundraiser to help poor school children in Southeast Asia, and I think this is a big development for me since I submitted my application. I have also landed an internship for my county's school system pertaining to language services. I was hoping to mention these two developments in my latest and final letter to admissions. Should I do it, or am I sending way too many things?

I would hold off on the last letter. It would be just too many supplemental letters for one school.
