Im a senior in high school who wants to be a US History teacher. I was trying to plan out my course of action and was thinking of going to one of the following:

Umass Lowell
Bridgewater State College
Salem State College
Framingham State College
Worcester State College

The problem is for graduate school I would like to go to a graduate school at somewhere like:
Clark University
Boston College
Brandeis
Boston University
Northeastern

If I graduate from one of the state colleges/universites in good academic standing will it still be too much of a jump in prestige to be accepted from
one of the schools on the graduate school list? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your plan is to become a history teacher then an MA degree from any of the mentioned places sholdn't be a big problem. IN many disciplines, education being one, MA programs are often not as selective as undergraduate programs at the same college.

No problem at all making that jump. Keep in mind that for teaching history there are a few options in getting a master's degree. There would be an M.A. from the history department, some sort of master's in education from the education department (M.Ed. or M.A.in Ed, or something like that), or a master's of arts in teaching (M.A.T.) which would usually be somewhere in between those two.

if you know what you want to major in, then choose an undergrad with a good reputation in that department. That will count for alot in your graduate admissions. A no...it is not too big of a jump :)
